What’s in a $50M ARR app’s test backlog?

Join us for App Leaders Morning Berlin, a themed breakfast with 10 hand-picked app founders and operators past $1M+ ARR on November 13. We’ll talk honestly about what to try once pricing and trials are covered, and how the biggest subscription apps set their priorities.

App Leaders Morning is one of the event formats by App Leaders Club, a global subscription app community by Adapty & FunnelFox. Since 2024, we’ve hosted 50+ events across 20+ cities, bringing together a 15K+ community of app founders and growth leaders in the US and Europe. Among our guests were people from Netflix, TikTok, Bumble, Canva, Peloton, Cal AI, and beyond.

The easy wins are behind you. The next ones are harder to spot. Max Borisik and Yurii Kleimenov, GM & Product Leads at Adapty, will bring to the table what their team is seeing from clients past $50M ARR: which ideas they drop before launch, and what they do when most of their tests fail.

What we’ll discuss

• Which paywall and onboarding tests are worth running next
• How to tell a losing test from one you stopped too early
• How to keep experiments moving when every paywall change waits on an app update
• Which US winners hold up in Europe, and which ones need a rerun

Hosted by Adapty and FastSpring.
