About this event

An afternoon for automation engineers, and for educationists and EdTech people who rarely get a room built for them around dev events.

Your host and n8n Ambassador, Mucu, will walk through real, working n8n automations running behind KlassApp (klassapp.xyz), a school protocol designed to connect to the tools educationists already use: WhatsApp, Drive, mobile money, instead of asking schools to adopt another dashboard. See how an inbound WhatsApp message gets picked up and routed automatically, how a school importing its teacher list triggers invites across WhatsApp and email in one motion, and how a scheduled digest pulls the day's attendance and pushes a parent-ready summary straight to WhatsApp, no dashboard login required. Then a look ahead at what SAP's new n8n integration inside Joule Studio could open for education-sector workflows at enterprise scale.

Six community members will also take the stage with quick five-minute lightning demos, real workflows, not slides. Apply for a lightning slot →

No suits, no clock-watching, just good coffee and better workflows. Here's our chill agenda for the afternoon:

Welcome
Community Lightning Talks, six builders, five minutes each
Ambassador Keynote: Mucunguzi Moses, n8n + KlassApp live demo
Q&A, Panel Style
Networking on a bite

If you work in or around schools, admin, EdTech, NGOs supporting education, come see what automation looks like when it's built for how schools here actually operate. Builders and n8n regulars welcome too.

Bring what you're working on. Ask questions. Leave with collaborators.
