This workshop is about something more practical: how n8n is actually adopted inside real business environments.

We’ll look at practical cases where n8n has been used to solve business problems - from structured, deterministic automations to more flexible AI-powered and agentic workflows.

The focus is on the full path from:

Business problem → Process → Automation approach → n8n workflow → Working solution

You’ll hear real examples of how n8n has been applied in business operations, where deterministic automation works best, where AI agents make sense, and how both approaches can be combined in one system.

He has designed and run 4+ international open innovation programs connecting 40+ startups with large organizations, and hosted events and demo days for 60+ people. Your hosts

Digital Business Architect from Lithuania with 26+ years of experience building digital businesses and systems. He currently focuses on connecting business processes, data, automation, and AI into operational systems, including deterministic workflows, AI agents, and custom business applications. Founder of theSkiller.app, AI Masters Apps and DEIP.app Since 2024, Martin has spent more than 4000 hours wiring various n8n workflows.

Roman has used n8n to automate internal operations at Ralabs for more than two years and has also consulted for enterprises in San Francisco. He has built complex AI and automation projects combining n8n, MCP and custom applications, with experience in both successful implementations and the challenges that appear when automation moves into real business operations.
