Skills are quickly becoming the most important part of working with coding agents. The model matters, but what your agent knows how to do, and how reliably it does it, comes down to the skills you give it.
We're bringing in Jesse Vincent, CEO of Prime Radiant and creator of Superpowers, one of the most widely used skillsets for coding agents, to dig into skills: how to write ones that agents actually follow, how to test them, and what Superpowers has taught him about turning a pile of prompts into a dependable workflow. From there we'll get into how harnesses shape what a skill can do, and how skills add up to an agent's identity.
